Payments / Shipping & Returns



If you purchase through our online stores, each platform provides a payment shopping cart for your use - except our small Gun Broker shop.

If you buy through Gun Broker, or choose to work directly with us online - email, or phone us,  we accept the following forms of payment:

1.   PAYPAL   We would need to verify the email account you use with Paypal, and then send you an invoice.

2.   MAJOR CREDIT CARD  Call us (please do not send your card # over the internet) with your account information.

3.  CHECK or MONEY ORDER  To be mailed to us. Let us know when you send a check so that we can confirm receiving it on our end. 


We ship via US Postal Service within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

For global customers, we only sell internationally through our eBay shop.

Once we have packaged your purchase and created a label for shipping, we wil send you a tracking number - or - if purchased through an online shopping cart, tracking information will be uploaded and provided through the sales platform you have used.

Returns & Refunds

We check each item for quality and test the fit with the actual item it is meant to carry before we ship it out to you, and hope that EVERY sale will meet your needs and expectations. 

But if you purchase gunleather from us and find that it doesn't work for you or you are having a fitting issue, please contact us before returning the item.

We don't "count the days" you are allowed to return the item, even if a defined market place you may purchased through has a strictly defined return period. Just contact us, as long as the item is returned in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition we'll always work with you.

If we have made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you for return shipping, otherwise - buyer pays return shipping. 

Often we can assist you with breaking in issues, offer an exchange for the product that would work better for you.

If you just want to return the item for a refund -  as long the item is in AS NEW condition, we will quickly and promptly refund your purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the item. (Exceptions to this may be items that have been custom ordered and personalized in a way that makes them unique and not saleable to any one else.  We will always let you know before accepting an order if this applies to you.
